Refund & Return Policy for Honey Products

1. Returns

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened honey jars.
Unopened, unused honey products may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued for:
Damaged items received (e.g., broken jar, leaking, defective seal).
Wrong item shipped.
Lost or undelivered packages.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photo or video) of the issue.

3. Process

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you received the wrong product, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Opened honey jars (unless defective).
Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
