Vitality Elixir
One of our favorite ways to enjoy HoneyMed is in the Vitality Elixir. This recipe is genius in its simplicity: a teaspoon of HoneyMed and a good squeeze of lemon mixed together in a cup of warm water. Slowly sip this golden nectar first thing in the morning while you stretch and do your morning routine or soothe your senses in the evening, after a long day.
